• Our technical center has an extensive stock of spare parts, so repairs are normally carried out quickly without delays. CONSUMABLE MATERIAL

• If the package or delivery includes consumables (e.g., bulb, tube, flash tube, battery), their lifespan is indicated on the product, packaging, manual, or warranty card. If not specified, the lifespan is 6 months.

POST-WARRANTY SERVICE

• Our products do not end their life when the warranty expires. Thanks to the quality of parts and supplier stability, our flashes have typical repairability for more than 10 years from the date of sale. Most defects are repaired rather than simply replaced. We handle both electronic and physical damage.
