TX120 flash is the beginning of a new era where you get absolutely fabulous features in a body the size of a soda can. In a nutshell: maximum 120Ws of power, a powerful 15W LED pilot light, HSS, full support of two triggers, firmware upgradeability and a battery life of 900 flashes at full power. And it all fits in a regular lens compartment. You can also use the ClickBox 60 quick-folding softbox or magnetic colour filters with this flash, so usage can be very versatile.
The flash is covered by a five-year warranty, which is also valid for businesses.
PART OF A STABLE SYSTEM 🔁
TX120 is easy to integrate into your FOMEI light park. It is fully compatible with both the TS-5 and the classic TR-16 triggers, so you can use it alongside Digitalis or any flash with a sync port via the TR-16DA receiver without any problems.ENERGY EFFICIENTLY USED 🔋
The basis of every battery flash is, of course, the battery. It has been given exemplary care in the development of the TX120 and the result is excellent: more than 900 flashes at full power on a single charge. One charge only takes around two hours. Recharging speed is also great - in the range of 0.05 - 1s, depending on the power setting.BOWENS ATTACHMENT
You can use a wide range of Bowens accessories on the TX120 and TX240 mobile flashes thanks to the articulated mount. One side of the holder contains the exact mounting for the flash and the other side can hold just about any Bowens accessory. So you can use reflectors, softboxes, projection attachments and much more.

If you're after a truly versatile combination, you might consider buying the quick-folding Clickbox 60. Together with the flash, you get a versatile companion that's especially suitable for portrait photography outdoors and indoors.As an additional optional accessory, you can use a reflector with magnetic attachment, which thanks to its shiny surfaces directs the light and increases its intensity. It works great for umbrella work or softening the light by reflection. The reflector is very easy to work with and only needs to be attached to the front of the flash.
The diffusion attachment with magnetic attachment is a handy solution for anyone who wants to shine evenly at a wider angle. You can illuminate not only the object you are shining on, but also the area around it. Simply attach the diffusion attachment to the front of the flash and thanks to the magnets it will attach itself.
Another way to make your work more enjoyable and add a new element to your photos is with a set of magnetic colour and diffusion filters. These can be used directly on the flash without an additional adapter. In addition to colour effects, you can also use a honeycomb filter to direct the light, or a blank frame for gel filters.
For very heavy use of the TX120, a spare battery with a compact size can be purchased for up to 900 flashes at full power. Of course, a spare charger for this battery is also available as an optional accessory.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE
In the sleek box you get everything you need for basic flash operation: the flash itself, an adjustable handle with an umbrella attachment hole and a battery charger. Additional accessories such as stands or umbrellas can be selected from our range.

FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY FOR BUSINESS AND RETAIL CUSTOMERS
- We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why this product comes with an extended five-year warranty (60 months) from the date of purchase instead of the standard two-year warranty. Our warranty is fully valid for both individuals and business customers purchasing under their business ID.
- Any defects are handled directly in Hradec Králové, where we operate a fully equipped professional electronics service center, with a team of trained technicians ensuring fast and high-quality repairs.
- Our technical center has an extensive stock of spare parts, so repairs are usually carried out quickly without delays. We understand the situation of professionals who rely on photographic equipment as their main source of income, and therefore we offer the possibility to borrow an equivalent replacement product for the entire duration of the warranty repair.
- The extended 5-year warranty applies only to Pro X series flashes, where after every 200,000 flashes the bulbs and auxiliary capacitors are replaced, and after every 400,000 flashes the power capacitors as well. This maintenance can only be performed by the FOMEI service department at the customer's expense.
CONSUMABLE MATERIAL
- If the package or delivery includes consumables (e.g., bulb, tube, battery), their lifespan is indicated on the product, packaging, manual, or warranty card. If not specified, the lifespan is 6 months.
POST-WARRANTY SERVICE
- Our products do not end their life when the warranty expires. Thanks to the quality of parts and the stability of suppliers, our flashes have typical repairability for more than 10 years from the date of sale. Most defects are repaired, not simply replaced. We handle both electronic and physical damage.
