The new generation of FOMEI FOREMAN APO binoculars
is designed for those who do not want to compromise. It will amaze you with its incredible detail, colour
fidelity and robust lightweight construction. The body of the telescope is made of magnesium alloy, which
ensures maximum durability and stability, as well as low weight (only 890 g)
The binoculars are suitable for ornithologists, hunters, hikers and nature lovers.
APO components
The FOMEI 10x42 FOREMAN APO binoculars are equipped
with a third optical system member that minimizes chromatic aberration (color distortion) for three wavelengths
(RGB). The result is an exceptionally sharp and clear image that captures all details with maximum precision.
Thanks to the apochromatic design, you can rely on perfectly true-to-life colours and a realistic representation
of objects.
Typical instruments with APO components are therefore high-end microscopes,
astro telescopes or premium binoculars.
High-end finishes for a perfect picture
The telescope is equipped with a combination of anti-reflective FBMC (Fully Broadband Multi-Coating), phase and dielectric layers to ensure maximum use of the light entering the lens.
This combination of layers provides:
- clear and crisp image even in low light conditions
- minimal glare and distortion, which you will appreciate when observing on a sunny day or when stargazing at night
- average light transmission of up to 90% and peak transmission of up to 92%, meaning every detail is sharp and clear
Ultra-wide angle of view
With a field of view angle of 7.8° .. 136 m at 1000 m and *"ultra-straight optics", this binocular allows you to observe a sharp image from the center to the very edges. No more blurred edges - every detail in the field of view is perfectly rendered. Thanks to *advanced sharpening technology, this distortion-free ultra-wide angle is ideal for birdwatching, wildlife viewing or sporting events.
Robust waterproof body
The telescope body is filled with nitrogen, which ensures waterproofness to a depth of 1 meter for 30
minutes and also fog resistance. Whether you're caught in the rain or navigating in foggy conditions,
your visibility will remain unrestricted.

The binocular FOMEI FOREMAN and LEADER PRO ED are under warranty for 5 years.
Each binocular FOMEI undergoes by individual output control and adjustment at a special workplace in Hradec Králové. This guarantees the functionality and quality of the supplied optical devices.
The Service department also performs warranty and after-warranty service of FOMEI optics which is provided for the whole lifetime of the device. The FOMEI service is also equipped with technology for refilling with inert gas.
