FOMEI LED MINI 80B

SMALL BUT POWERFUL

With its dimensions of 12.5 x 12.5 x 14.6 cm it looks more like one of those small LED lights for macro photography. But don't be fooled, because this small package hides 80 W of power. For your shooting or photography you have a really very compact LED light weighing less than 600 g. The LED MINI 80B includes a Bowens mount for modifiers and accessories. The light is suitable for portrait photography as well as for filming or streaming. But you can also take it with you wherever you go and light up your urbex, for example.

POWER SUPPLY OPTIONS

The LED MINI 80B offers several power supply options. The first is of course mains power via the mains adapter included in the product package. The second option is to connect one NP-F battery directly to the light, but this will limit the maximum output of the light to 50%. As an optional accessory, an adapter for two NP-F batteries can be purchased, with which the light can be used at 100% power. This adapter for two batteries can be found below in related products.

LIGHT MODIFICATION

The light can be largely customised. The first modification can be made by changing the colour temperature between 2800 and 6500 K. This allows us to adapt the light to the surrounding environment and either warm it up or cool it down. As for other modifications, we can use Bowens mount to attach a wide range of accessories such as softboxes, reflectors, effect attachments, diffusers and more. The basic package includes an articulated mount for attaching to a stand with an umbrella hole. If you want to travel, it goes on lightly too.

CONTROL

Controlling the light is very easy with the two rotary dials. One is used to turn on the light, select the color temperature and effects. The other is used to change the power and channel selection.
The channel selection is used to pair with the remote control, which is not included and can be found below in related products. With the remote, the light and its functions can be controlled from a comfortable distance from the camera. So you don't have to run away every time you want to change the power or color temperature.

CONSUMABLE MATERIAL

If the package or delivery includes consumables (e.g., bulb, tube, battery), their lifespan is indicated on the product, packaging, manual, or warranty card. If not specified, the lifespan is 6 months.

POST-WARRANTY SERVICE

Our products do not end their life when the warranty expires. Thanks to the quality of parts and the stability of suppliers, our flashes have typical repairability for more than 10 years from the date of sale. Most defects are repaired, not simply replaced. We handle both electronic and physical damage.
