USED TERRONIC PRODUCT

• This product is used but fully functional.
• It may have been displayed in our showrooms, used during our presentations, or tested by our partners and ambassadors.
• The product shows signs of use and may be visibly worn.

ONE-YEAR WARRANTY FOR BUSINESSES AND END CUSTOMERS 

• We stand by the quality of our products, which is why we voluntarily provide a 1-year (12 months) warranty for used goods from the date of purchase. Our warranty is fully valid for both individuals and businesses purchasing with a company ID.
• Any defects are handled directly in Hradec Králové, where we operate a fully equipped professional electronics service center, with a team of trained technicians ensuring fast and high-quality repairs.
• Our technical center has a large stock of spare parts, so repairs are usually carried out quickly without any delays.

CONSUMABLE MATERIALS 

• If the package or delivery includes consumable materials (e.g. bulb, fluorescent lamp, flash tube, battery), their lifespan is indicated on the product, its packaging, manual, or warranty card. If no such information is provided, the lifespan is 6 months.
  

OUT-OF-WARRANTY SERVICE

• Our products do not end their life when the warranty expires. Thanks to the quality of the components and the stability of our suppliers, our flashes are commonly repairable for more than 10 years after the date of sale. Most issues are solved by repairing the part, not just replacing it. We handle both electronic malfunctions and physical damage.
