We understand the situation of professionals for whom photographic equipment is a main source of income, which is why we offer the possibility of lending an equivalent replacement product for the entire duration of warranty repairs.
CONSUMABLE MATERIAL
- If the package or delivery includes consumables (e.g., bulb, tube, flash tube, battery), their lifespan is indicated on the product, packaging, manual, or warranty card. If not specified, the lifespan is 6 months.
POST-WARRANTY SERVICE
