ILFORD PHENISOL is a concentrated, low dilution developer primarily used to process scientific photographic products such as ILFORD nuclear emulsions, L4 glass plates and Q plates.

It can also be used for manual or machine processing of all X-ray films and plates and is the recommended developer for achieving the highest contrast on ILFORD ORTHO PLUS film.
