All our rolls are cored and boxed with a choice of over 50 colours available in 2.72 x 11 m as well as a half size 1.35 x 11 m. 4 main colours are available in 3.55 x 30 m.

• We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why FOMEI provides a two-year warranty (24 months) on this product from the date of purchase, fully valid for both individuals and business customers purchasing under their business ID.
• Any defects are handled directly in Hradec Králové, where we operate a fully equipped professional electronics service center with a team of trained technicians ensuring fast and high-quality repairs.
• Our technical center has an extensive stock of spare parts, so repairs are normally carried out quickly without delays. We understand the situation of professionals for whom photographic equipment is a main source of income, which is why we offer the possibility of lending an equivalent replacement product for the entire duration of warranty repairs.

CONSUMABLE MATERIAL

• If the package or delivery includes consumables (e.g., bulb, tube, flash tube, battery), their lifespan is indicated on the product, packaging, manual, or warranty card. If not specified, the lifespan is 6 months.

POST-WARRANTY SERVICE

• Our products do not end their life when the warranty expires. Thanks to the quality of parts and supplier stability, our flashes have typical repairability for more than 10 years from the date of sale. Most defects are repaired rather than simply replaced. We handle both electronic and physical damage.
