XP2 Super is a black and white film that uses color negative film technology. The resulting image is made
up of dyes instead of metallic silver. Due to the use of colour negative film technology, this film also
has their advantages, i.e. mainly extreme exposure flexibility, extremely rich range of halftones and
fine grain. Processing can be done in any laboratory with the C-41 process. In current conditions, this
means that when you visit the minilab you will receive a completely processed dry film in 10 minutes.
The XP2 Super is ideal for all beginners, for compact cameras and wherever you need to capture an extremely
large range of brightness with excellent halftone and low grain rendition. The grain of this film is comparable
to the ISO 100/21° class, and is even reduced during overexposures. XP2 Super has a rated sensitivity
of ISO 400/27°. However, it can be easily exposed between ISO 50/18° and 800/30°, all with the same development
time.
