Pavel Kopp

Pavel Kopp is a producer, director and cameraman. He was born and raised in Prague. At the age of nine he moved with his parents to Rome, where he attended elementary school for four years. After returning to Prague during his high school studies, he founded the amateur film company Sunset Film Production. During his studies at the University of Finance and Administration he already knew that he wanted to pursue filmmaking in the future and therefore began working with students from FAMU and FAMO.

He has been working in film production since 1999. He has made hundreds of commercial spots and clips. He has made music videos for Richard Müller,Buty, Airfare, Horacek and Hapka and others. For TV Prima he directed the series Ali's Partners, We Are Playing with Ali and Internet Chief. Since 2018, he has also been involved in the production of short art films. He currently owns the successful film production company Pavel Kopp Production, which mainly produces advertising spots and also has its own film technology.

Pavel Kopp made his debut as main cinematographer in 2019 with the feature length fairy tale The Princess Enchanted in Time and is currently preparing his own TV series, which will be broadcast on TV Prima.
