Recommended accessories
The versatile and powerful FOMEI 3-18x56 FOREMAN HTC Lock riflescope excels in several parameters. Above all its large magnification range of 3-18x, high light transmission thanks to the 56mm objective and the choice of four available reticles. A significant innovation are the lockable adjustment turrets - the Lock function! The large magnification range makes the new FOREMAN suitable for a wide range of hunting uses, and thanks to the fine windage and elevation adjustment the riflescope is also suitable for sport shooting. The riflescopes are filled with dry nitrogen, which prevents internal fogging.
HTC - High transmission coating
Every glass element of the riflescope's optical system has a special multi-layer coating that ensures perfect light transmission. These coatings reduce light reflection on the surface of the glass elements by up to 10%, enabling more than 90% light transmission through the riflescope optics. Riflescopes with these coatings are suitable for observation in poor light conditions.
Electronic red dot control
The red dot control has 16 steps, distributed non-linearly so that the first 5 steps control only 9% of the output of the red dot illumination, and the remaining 11 steps 10-100% of the output. This means really fine adjustment of the red dot in poor light conditions so that it does not dazzle the shooter while watching the intended target. Automatic switch-off of the red dot after 2 hours of inactivity is an advantage that significantly saves battery capacity.
Parallax and windage/elevation adjustment
The parallax correction control is located on the central turret together with the adjustment turrets and allows setting (of parallax) in the range from 50 m to infinity.
Fine elevation and windage adjustment is used for precise and comfortable setting of the reticle. The adjustment step is 1/8 MOA. The range of both elevation and windage correction is 80 MOA.
Eye relief: 86mm
Reticle
The German #4 (G4) reticle used in the 3-18x56 FOREMAN riflescope is a classic hunting reticle used across the range of FOMEI riflescopes.

Durability
A great advantage of the robust 30mm tube is the wide span for attaching the mounts. Brass bearings for the adjustment controls increase the durability and service life of the riflescope. The riflescopes are suitable for all commonly used calibres of hunting rifles.
The riflescopes are tested with .375 H&H Mag calibre (equivalent energy 6000J)

Ballistic calculator
A tool for calculating clicks both in the vertical plane (bullet drop) and in the horizontal plane (wind correction). Thanks to manual entry of values, this calculator is also suitable for shooters who reload their own ammunition.
