Professional solution for reproduction photography and digitization
REPRO TABLE KIT is a comprehensive reproduction workstation designed for accurate digitization of paintings, prints, illustrations, archival documents, and other artistic or collection items. The system is engineered with an emphasis on stability, repeatability, and consistent output quality, making it well suited for use in galleries, museums, archives, and specialized reprographic workflows.
When practice drives development
The development of the solution involved FOMEI product manager René Tomaides in cooperation with an expert from the National Gallery Prague, David Stecker, who has many years of experience in the digitization of works of art. At the National Gallery, he serves as Head of the Photographic Documentation Department. It is precisely this combination – FOMEI’s technical know-how and hands-on field experience – that explains why these systems work the way they should. These are not products designed in an isolated laboratory, but solutions created by people who understand what it means to photograph works of art on a daily basis under real gallery conditions.
Work surface with minimal reflections and high stability
The core of the system is a work surface measuring 160 × 85 cm, finished in onyx grey and with a thickness of 3.6 cm. The PerfectSense surface is resistant to fingerprints and greasy marks. The Ultra Matt surface finish significantly reduces unwanted reflections and parasitic glare, which could otherwise negatively affect the final reproduction. The robust construction of the tabletop ensures high rigidity and stability, even when working with larger and heavier originals.
Flexible handling of formats and precise camera positioning
The dimensions of the work surface allow photographing larger formats as well, such as
75 × 100 cm. This size represents the recommended format for achieving even illumination and maximum image
quality without the need for individual light adjustments.
The camera column enables precise height adjustment and maintains perpendicular camera alignment,
which is essential for accurate reproduction without geometric distortion.
Even and controlled lighting without overheating
The set includes two bi-color FOMEI LED 200BC lights equipped with 30 × 60 cm softboxes, providing soft and evenly distributed light suitable for reproduction photography. The adjustable color temperature allows the lighting to be adapted to the characteristics of the captured material and helps minimize color deviations, thereby reducing the need for extensive post-production.
Complete system ready for immediate operation
REPRO TABLE KIT is supplied as a complete solution including a work table with a motorized height-adjustable structure, a camera column, a rail system for mounting accessories, articulated arms, and a complete lighting setup. The result is a workstation that is ready for use immediately after installation and enables long-term, systematic digitization with consistent results.
USB ports for charging devices
The height-adjustable desk controller is equipped with two USB ports – USB-A and USB-C – for charging mobile phones and small electronic devices directly at the workstation.

When using a single port (USB-A or USB-C), up to 18 W is available,
which corresponds to a typical fast charger for a mobile phone
(5 V / 2.5 A • 9 V / 2 A • 12 V / 1.5 A).

When using both ports at the same time, the power is shared between the two outputs. Each port
then provides up to 6.3 W
(5 V / 1.25 A per port).
The USB ports are intended for charging phones, headphones, and similar devices. They are not intended to power higher-demand devices such as laptops or larger tablets.

Odborná montáž a zaškolení obsluhy
V případě zájmu je možné dohodnout odbornou montáž systému přímo u zákazníka. Po obdržení poptávky navrhneme optimální rozsah služby, stanovíme cenu dle lokality a domluvíme vyhovující termín realizace. V dohodnutém termínu přijede technik společnosti FOMEI, který zajistí kompletní sestavení pracovního stolu včetně všech souvisejících komponent.
Součástí služby může být také zaškolení obsluhy, během něhož jsou vysvětleny principy nastavení stolu, práce s polohováním, základní ergonomická doporučení a správné používání systému v rámci digitalizačního workflow. Díky tomu je pracoviště připraveno k okamžitému provozu bez zbytečných prostojů a bez nutnosti řešit montáž či nastavování vlastními silami.

Two-Year Warranty for Business and Retail Customers
We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why FOMEI provides a two-year warranty (24 months) on this product from the date of purchase, fully valid for both individuals and business customers purchasing under their business ID.
Any defects are handled directly in Hradec Králové, where we operate a fully equipped professional electronics service center with a team of trained technicians ensuring fast and high-quality repairs.
Our technical center has an extensive stock of spare parts, so repairs are normally carried out quickly without delays. We understand the situation of professionals for whom photographic equipment is a main source of income, which is why we offer the possibility of lending an equivalent replacement product for the entire duration of warranty repairs.
Consumable Material
If the package or delivery includes consumables (e.g., bulb, tube, flash tube, battery), their lifespan is indicated on the product, packaging, manual, or warranty card. If not specified, the lifespan is 6 months.
Post-Warranty Service
Our products do not end their life when the warranty expires. Thanks to the quality of parts and supplier stability, our flashes have typical repairability for more than 10 years from the date of sale. Most defects are repaired rather than simply replaced. We handle both electronic and physical damage.
