Which products are covered by the warranty?
The extended three-year warranty applies to all FOMEI LED lights that are mains powered or have possibility to power from external batteries (NP-F/V-Mount).

Because we trust our products, we have decided to provide a three-year warranty on FOMEI LED mains lights from 1 June 2023. As with all FOMEI/Terronic products, this warranty is valid for anyone without any difference. The perfect warranty and post-warranty service is provided by our service centre in Hradec Králové.
Who is the guarantee valid for?
For everyone. Whether you are an individual or a company that purchases on behalf of a company, the three-year warranty applies to everyone without any difference.

You can rely on our service not only during the warranty period, but also after it has expired. FOMEI's professional service can repair common faults as well as major accidents caused, for example, by equipment falling to the ground.
What if my product breaks down?
If your product breaks down during or after the warranty period, the quickest way is to contact the order reception of our repair service at servisfoto@fomei.com, where our colleagues will agree with you on the easiest way to proceed.
FOMEI service is located in the Czech Republic, in our premises in Hradec Králové near Prague

He is also responsible for the management of technical background of our e-shop and other associated online platforms.
