New generation of hunting binoculars FOMEI FOREMAN PRO XLD is developed with a focus on maximum use for observing at dusk, in darkness or in difficult lighting conditions. The main advantage is superior ergonomy and lighting output of the optical system.
Model FOMEI 10x42 FOREMAN PRO XLD is suitable for birdwatching, yachting and water sports or hunting during a day. The practical advantage is also low weight and dimensions. Thanks to its wide field of view (122m at 1000m) it is also suitable for horse racing.
HTC and DEC anti-reflective coating
FOREMAN PRO XLD binoculars are manufactured with materials of the highest quality parameters. All lenses and eyepiece are equipped with special HTC (High Transmission Coating) antireflex coatings. Binocular prisms are coated with DEC (Di-Electrical Coating). Combination of HTC / DEC anti-reflective layers ensures maximum throughput of the entire optical system. Binoculars have a high edge image sharpness and maximum overall light transmission. Due to their excellent light transmittance they use "residual lights" so, they are also suitable for observation of night sky, etc. Where the human eye can see only the black shadow the details of the FOMEI FOREMAN binoculars are excelent.
FOREMAN uses PHASE layers
In roof prism binoculars, a phase shift occurs when light is refracted. The reflected light is thus partially polarised and interference can occur. As a consequence, 'optical power' and 'optical resolution' are lost. This is most noticeable in binoculars with high magnification and a disproportionately small objective (small pupil). Significant reduction of this phenomenon can be made in prisms by using special coatings - PHASE COATINGS. The resulting image - significantly better contrast and optical resolution - is far superior and comparable to binoculars equipped with porro prisms.
The body of binoculars is filled with dry nitrogen which prevents internal mist during sudden temperature changes and also ensures its water resistance (WATERPROOF). The rugged construction of FOREMAN PRO XLD telescopes expands the range of applications. The lenses diameter of 42mm in combination with the new technology offers great optical properties while maintaining low weight and compact dimensions.

The binocular FOMEI FOREMAN and LEADER PRO ED are under warranty for 5 years.
Each binocular FOMEI undergoes by individual output control and adjustment at a special workplace in Hradec Králové. This guarantees the functionality and quality of the supplied optical devices.
The Service department also performs warranty and after-warranty service of FOMEI optics which is provided for the whole lifetime of the device. The FOMEI service is also equipped with technology for refilling with inert gas.
