Drytac FaceMount UV is optically clear polyester adhesive 25μ having on both sides a very strong permanent adhesive 25μ that is activated via pressure. There is a polyester release liner on both sides for easy handling and formatting.
FaceMount UV is a special mounting adhesive designed for facial image mounting on the clear boards / substrates such as cast acrylic glass. It is also very suitable for application lenticular shapes or backlight films like Duratrans, Ilfotrans, Ilfoclear or inkjet Backlight Display Film.
Tool for mounting: roller laminator. Pre-heat is not necessary, because it is a luxury class of mounting adhesives.
When facial photo mounting on a clear acrylic is the task, on the type of inkjet media, on which the image is printed, critically depends. It is necessary to choose only luxury polyester, for example FOMEI Collection Chrome Film 215.
