Photo papers suitable for printing black-and-white photographs on inkjet printers
For those who have mastered classic black-and-white film but are not yet ready to try the analog positive process, we have prepared a selection of the most interesting inkjet materials from FOMEI PAPER, which are perfect for black-and-white photography. You can, of course, print color photos on these papers as well, but if you need to reproduce a black-and-white photograph, such as a scan from classic film, these materials from FOMEI PAPER's offer are the best.
For black-and-white photo printing, we recommend printers with pigment inks, such as the EPSON SC-P, CANON PIXMA PRO, and imagePROGRAF PRO printers.
To achieve the best print quality and neutral presentation of the photograph, we recommend using an ICC profile, available for download here:

FOMEI Baryta MONO 290 is a true baryta paper (290 g/m²), exceptionally suitable for black-and-white photography. Its popularity for black-and-white photography arises from the tactile and visual similarity of this "digital" baryta to its "analog" predecessor.
FOMEI Jazz Art 310 is a FineArt cotton paper with a semi-matte printing surface and medium texture. It offers top stability: it is acid-free and free of optical brighteners.
