Our company owns state-of-the-art measuring devices and algorithms for ICC profiles generating. It means that FOMEI serves to both professionals and hobbyists custom calibration/profilation whatever compatible medium-printer pair. Thanks to measuring of interaction between paper and printer, “color vision” of this pair becomes known and ICC profile is generated. This ICC profile describes relationship between paper and printer precisely and makes corrections to the natural nonlinearities of color reproduction. Nonlinearities that are not compensable via sliders in the printer driver. Finally, ICC profile is added to the reproduction chain into application that support output color management (Adobe Photoshop, Corel PHOTO-PAINT, mirage…) or directly associated to the printer in OS (Windows only). This process results into color accuracy of the printed photos. Relative to the focus of FOMEI company, generic ICC profiles are not produced a priori for all existing photo-printers on today market. Premium FineArt canvas

Canvas Matt 390 is a deeply matte canvas with 100% cotton base, structure 2:1 and weight 390 g/m². It has a distinctive texture.

Canvas Matt 390 has an excellent color gamut, extra sharp drawing and it is instant-dry fabric. It is compatible with dye-base and pigment inks. With pigment inks, the canvas is also water resistant. "Power" of this canvas fully shows up, when the canvas is stretched on a frame. That is why it is dimensionally stable and abrasion resistant.

Notice

The occasional occurrence of small inhomogeneities, fibers or dots resulting from the production of the material from natural raw materials is a natural characteristic due to its nature and cannot be recognized as a reason for a complaint. The tolerance per 1 m² for this type of material is a maximum of 5 clearly visible inhomogeneities of size over 1 mm.
