ILFORD PQ UNIVERSAL is a liquid concentrated developer suitable for developing all black and white RC and FB photo papers in trays.
PQ UNIVERSAL provides a slightly warm image tone for most black and white photo papers. It is supplied as a concentrate and is usually used at a dilution of 1+9.
Rolling time for RC paper at 20°C - 2 min., for FB - 1,5 - 3 min.
PQ UNIVERSAL can also be used for processing technical films such as ILFORD ORTHO COPY PLUS or some classic flat films (see technical data sheet),
if high contrast and high magnification is not required.
PQ UNIVERSAL is not recommended for processing conventional cine film and roll film. It is designed for use at room temperature, namely 20°C.
Not recommended for use at high temperatures or for machine processing.
