Hahnemühle Hemp relies on one of the world's oldest and most versatile natural fibers - it consists of 60% hemp fibers.
The Natural Line Hemp FineArt paper base captivates with its bright white natural tone. Precisely because of the bright white hemp fibers, it does not require optical brighteners. The lightly textured surface gives the paper a pleasant, velvety soft touch.
In combination with a matte premium inkjet emulsion, a universally applicable inkjet FineArt paper is created. Colors and details are brilliantly reproduced, black impresses with its depth, and contrast is excellently reproduced.
The Natural Line Hemp inkjet FineArt paper, free of acids and lignins, meets the highest demands for aging resistance. For centuries, hemp has been an indispensable raw material for paper production, and based on its extremely robust fiber, it is predestined for historical long-lived documents, as demonstrated by the Gutenberg Bible or the American Declaration of Independence.

Hahnemühle Natural Line
The Natural Line holds an exceptional place within the Hahnemühle Digital FineArt Collection. It contains unique inkjet FineArt papers made from selected ecological raw materials: bamboo, hemp, agave (sisal), and sugar cane (bagasse).
The chosen plant species, from which the necessary pulp is obtained, are fast-growing, require no pesticides, and consume little water during cultivation. They help conserve valuable resources and thus protect the environment.
Hahnemühle supports environmental projects at regional, national, and international levels through the Green Rooster initiative, using a portion of the proceeds from the Natural Line.
