On the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the first FOMEI binoculars we have completely renovated our optical service department. This move allowed us to increase our service capacity and expand our range of service interventions, strengthening our position among the top service providers of binoculars, riflescopes and other optics in the Czech Republic.
Pre-sale inspection: Quality guarantee from the first moment
Every FOMEI optical product undergoes a rigorous output inspection before it is offered to customers. Using advanced inspection patterns, the parameters of each binocular, riflescope, collimator or spotting scope are checked in detail.Its mechanical properties are also fully tested.
To ensure maximum accuracy in our rifle scopes, we use a special collimator to help calibrate to a high standard of accuracy. Thanks to these procedures, we can guarantee that every product that leaves our warehouse is fully prepared to serve even in the most demanding conditions.
Warranty service: a guarantee you can rely on
After the sale, we are still fully here for our customers. If any defect occurs during the warranty period, customers can contact our service department with the confidence that they will be provided with prompt and professional assistance. Our technical background and experience enable us to effectively deal with virtually any problem, from minor mechanical faults to complex repairs.
Every FOMEI product is designed to last as long as possible, and warranty service is there to extend that life even further. Our goal is for customers to be able to use our products with complete satisfaction. During the warranty period, all repairs corresponding to the warranty conditions are of course covered by FOMEI.
After-sales service: Follow-up support that goes beyond the standard
Our services do not end when the warranty period expires. Customers can continue to benefit from after-warranty service for at least the lifetime of the product. We keep our warehouses full of spare parts even for older models to ensure that repairs can be made after a long period of use. In addition to repairs, we also offer preventive maintenance, such as nitrogen refilling for fog-resistant products. This allows us to extend the life of the products to the maximum.
We focus on detailed care and offer customers the assurance that they can still count on our full service support far beyond the warranty period.
